Long banner made of white vinyl. It features five brass grommets along the top edge and another five along the bottom edge. The majority of the lettering on the banner is blue, with a row of red lettering positioned at the bottom edge. At each end of the lowest row of text, there is a U.S. flag displayed. The entire piece is bordered by two rows of straight stitching, which serve to fold the edges under neatly. The text on the banner reads: "KOREAN WAR VETERANS MEMORIAL HIGHWAY DEDICATION 50TH Anniversary of the Korean War Armistice FREEDOM IS NOT FREE." The banner consists solely of text, aside from the inclusion of the two U.S. flags.Context
