Description

Blue, white, and pink plaid silk quilted petticoat. The skirt is lined with brown printed cotton in a small-scale floral pattern. The petticoat is pleated onto a cotton waistband. Most of the skirt is quilted in a diamond pattern, with a wide panel along the hem quilted in triangular sections of diagonal lines. The hem is bound in black velvet.
