Description

White-bodied porcelain sugar bowl with three-tiered lid and head-shaped handles. The round body sits on a small pedestal base, and flares only slightly toward the rim. The two handles are molded in the shape of a human head with a face, and each is edged in gilding. The tiered lid is round, and the edge of each tier is gilded in a simple band.
