Description

Cylindrical tobacco jar with lid with mottled brown Rockingham glaze decoration. The body is molded in a ribbed pattern with S-shaped handles applied to either side. The lid is circular with a mushroom-shaped knob in the center. The bottom is marked, "Lyman, Fenton, & Company 1849" and "7".
