Notes: On reverse: "July 4-21, 1958/ Veronica Pacini/ Copy of Rouault's 'Veronica Veil'/ New Gallery - N.Y./ -call it the 'black tear'/ I didn't plan it but a heavy/ black tear is in corner of eye/ and looks like 3 tears running/ out of eye. Not an exact/ copy but a take off of what is considered/ Rouault's greatest painting. He died the day after completing--."
