Stained glass scale cartoon for window in St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church, Chicago, IL. This is the left light of the fourth window from the sanctuary in the upper nave. Depictions from top to bottom: Abdias or Obadiah holding a scroll that cites the Bible verse 3 K 18:12 (which is actually 1 Kings 18:12 - "I don’t know where the Spirit of the Lord may carry you when I leave you. If I go and tell Ahab and he doesn’t find you, he will kill me. Yet I your servant have worshiped the Lord since my youth"); a pitcher and three loaves of bread.
