The following agreement made this day by and between
Rev. D. G. Devlin Pastor of St. Stephens Church and A. L. Pitassi
In which Mr. Pitassi is to do the following work.
Place leaded glass windows in St. Stephens Church as follows-
Four side aisle windows - Two Round side aisle windows
and windows in shrine & Baptistry - to be similar
to the present clerestory window, with an Emblem in
each window for the sum of - 3504.00 -
Have windows to be placed as near to July 30 as possible
at which time payment is to be made for this glass work.
Four side aisle windows in transept next to the large
transept windows, to be similar to the altar glass with
one Emblem in each windows for the sum of - $1536.00
Two large side transept windows with Four figures
and twenty medallions in all for the sum of $104.00
These windows to be carried out by Mr. Pitassi in
color & design to forms what in his mind is a
desirable and artistic effect. Glass to be
used at this work will be English Double Reflect
& English & German Antique glasses & the rest of the
medallions to be of best quality. They shall be placed
in and connected to form a strong & substantial
job. These windows to be placed approximately
within one year from this date and payment shall
be made so work is set in place.
Choir window to be ornamental glass with three
figures similar to the altar glass in quality

for the sum of $2446.00. This
window to be place approximately within
one year from this date, and payment
shall be made after the work is set place.
The total amount to be paid for all the aforesaid
