April 7 1937 Mr. A.L. Pitassi Pittsburgh Pa. Dear Mr. Pitassi, In answer to your letter, I wish to say that according to your prices - figures could not even be considered. Do you mean medallions & emblems to be the same of different - I mean do they represent the same thing? It will probably have to be emblems because the person who wants one in cannot offter any more they told me & their donation is $225.00 To this I will have [page 2] to add the price of installing some or rather assume it. If you could make them for the price of $225.00 each, I might order two at this time & there is a possibility we might secure another order in the late fall for one or two Of course, from your letter I understand your position & the prices quoted. However we have only a little over 200 in this congregation & none of them wealthy. While I would like to keep the quality of those in the sanctuary in allother, yet we just cannot afford to go higher. Please let me hear from [page 3] you, if this is the best your can do. I like your work & if possible would be please to have you get the work on all the others later on. Sincerely, James P Hickie
