Location Note

Note

Armfield’s works in oil, watercolor, and pastel transport viewers to the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, the vineyards of Orvieto, and the coastline of Perth, each communicating the variety and similitude of landscape. While the location of this painting has not been identified, it bears the luminous colors and confident brushwork indicative of Armfield’s oeuvre.
