Description

A porcelain gravy boat (circa 1880s) that belonged to Josephine Abbott Phelps, the first wife of Myron Abbott. When Myron took a second wife, Josephine divorced him and moved to California, leaving the six oldest children with Myron. Myron and the remaining children came to help settle the Virgin River Valley in November of 1877.
