Boy Scout Uniform.
The Scout area patch was used in the olden days.
Hand made neckerchief was made by Kelton's wife Noel as part of a wood badge ticket written by Kelton in June of 1982. The purpose was to provide neckerchiefs for the boys at no cost to them. These were to be returned when the boy left Scouting, so others could use them. This didn't happen so Noel quit making them.
