A collection of photographs of Alfred Frehner with his family. Alfred was the son of Heinrich and Henrietta Reber Frehner, and was born and raised in Littlefield. On September 22, 1910, he married Dorothy Ellen Abbott, and the two went on to have six kids (all boys) together. Alfred and Dorothy were key figures in helping to improve life in both Littlefield and Mesquite. Among other things, Alfred helped to install the first telephone line in Littlefield and served as Justice of the Peace in Mesquite for a number of years.
