BARLOW knife made by CAMILLUS New York BoB C' etched in the handle Made by camillus cutlery NY USA, in 1867 Adolph Kastor, a german immigrant started Adolph Kastor bros in New York city as an importer and distributor of german cutlery products. In 1902 the company acquired ownership of Camillus Cutlery Company of Camillus, New York and began producing US made cutlery products under their new management. Thru the years, it has become one of the largest manufacturers of cutlery products in the USA until they ceased operation in 2007. “standard barlow” knife is in a series of numbered Camillus two-blade knives from 40 thru 59.
