This quilt was made by Claire Kirchen in honor of Frank Pati for becoming the first ever recipient of the Nevada Senior Citizen of the Year Award in 2012. Frank was the man responsible for creating Mesquite's Senior Games, and was known as "Mr. Senior Softball" around Mesquite due to his love of the sport. Frank donated the quilt to the museum in honor of his beloved wife, Betty Ann.
