Stereoscope Home entertainment used to view photos in 3 D: Stereoscope was originally discovered in 1838 by Sir Charles Wheatstone.  Stereoscopes used lenses making each image on the stereo gram appear larger and farther away then they were.  It had a a resurgence in the 50s and 60s with the "View-Master", a device that would hold a number of stereo-graphic images o a rotating disc.

Description

A stereoscope built around 1895. Stereoscopes use mirrors and two near identical photos in each lens to create a 3D image for the viewer. This stereoscope was likely used as home entertainment. It originally belonged to Zetta Bailey.
