A photo of Howard Pulsipher in his WWI uniform. Howard was the son of John and Elizabeth Pulsipher and came to Mesquite with his family in 1900, when he was only six years old. He married Myrtle Stewart on September 27, 1917, and the two lived in Mesquite until the mid 1940s.
