Description

Collection of five photographs of Betty Foxwell and her work at the Camden Chamber of Commerce. The life ring in the background refers to Capt. Hanson Gregory of Camden, inventor of the doughnut hole. This was the focus of a major debate at the World's Fair, and Betty Foxwell was instrumental in making a name for Camden through her publicity work. It was said she was a "one-woman publicity machine."
