Photocopies of correspondence between Wm. Dewey Loucks and Capt. Horace S. Leadbetter regarding Loucks's yacht Wildel. Leadbetter was the captain of this yacht. Also included is a questionnaire from yacht researcher Fred Crockett of Camden, Maine to Horace Leadbetter asking for information on the yachts he served on, including the Lyndonia, Robador, and Wildel, and Crockett's subsequent two articles and photograph of the Wildel. There is a specification of a 90-foot fast gasoline cruiser for William Dewey Loucks, Esq. of New York City from Luders Marine Construction Co. of Stamford, CT.Collection
