Know all Men by these Presents;
That I William Molineux of Camden in the County of Lincoln & State of Massachusetts Merchant in Consideration of One Hundred pounds and Sixteen shillings lawful Money, paid by Simon Barrett - Yeoman, of the same Town & County the Receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, do hereby give, grant, sell and convey unto the said Simon Barrett & to his hiers & assigns forever a Certain Lott land in the Township of Barrettstown County & State aforesaid containing One Hundred & Sixty eight Acres, & Numbered 115 in Noah Millers Survey_bounded Northwardly on Rubin Barretts Lott Eastwardly on Nathe Hosmer's Lott Southwardly on Johnston's Lott & Westwardly on Simon Barretts Lott together with all the privileges & Appurtenances whatsoever_
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the said Simon Barrett and to his Heirs and Assigns, to his & their Use and Behoof forever, his Heirs and Assign, That I am lawfully seized in Fee of the Premises, That they are free of all Incumbrances. That I have good Right to sell and convey the same to the said Simon Barrett aforesaid _ And that I will warrant and defend the same to the said Simon Barrett his Heirs and Assigns, forever, against the lawful Claims and Demands of all Persons.
In Witness whereof I the said William Molineux together with Mary my wife in token of her relinquishment of her Right of Dower we have hereunto Sett our hands and Seal this 21 day of July 1794
