DEPOSITION OF ALEXANDER MILLIKEN OF FRANKFORT JANUARY 21, 1819 Transcription of the original document that was given to Walsh History Center of Camden Public Library by William B. Merrill, August 2018. Lincoln ss. January 8 1819. Pursuant to the within, I notified the within named James D. Wheaton, by leaving an attested copy of the within at his dwelling house--- Fees services - 10 travel -- 48 copy-- 10 .68 [End of cover] Lincoln ss. To James D Wheaton of Thomaston in the County of Lincoln against George Coombs & others & attorney GREETING. WHEREAS Isaac Milliken & others have requested me to take the deposition of Alexander Milliken of Frankfort in the county of Hancock to be used in action of Debt pending between George Coombs & others and the said Isaac Milliken & others And the house of Samuel Jacobs in Camden, and the twenty first, 21 day of January, in the year of our Lord one thousand and nineteen at nine of the clock in the fore noon, are appointed the time and place for the said deponent to testify what he knows relating to the said action: You are hereby notified, that you may then and there be present, and put such interrogations as you may think fit. Given under my hand and seal, at Camden, on the eighth day of January, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and nine Samuel Jacobs, Justice of the Peace. [End of page 1] Lincoln ss.
