Scope and Content

A Biography concerning the life of Lloyd Hansen Thomas, a wooden boat builder and scupltor from Camden, Maine. Thomas, a Camden native who traced his roots back to the Wawenock tribe and the first English colonizers of the Camden area was particularly known for his carvings of wooden eagles. This book discusses the man himself, and highlights many of his works of art. Written by Roger Moody, former town manager of Camden.
