Interview September 1, 2006 with Sandy Cox in Camden, Maine. Interview conducted by Barbara Dyer (volunteer) and Parker Laite, III (intern) for the Camden Area History Center. He discusses his family's move from Peabody, MA and the Camden tannery business (1954-1991). They made garment leather from sheepskin imported from New Zealand. Describes skin preservation and tanning process.
