Inerview with John French, Sr. of Camden, Maine. Interview conducted by volunteers Barbara Dyer and Paul Putnam. Discusses serving in on Coast Guard weather ship then as lighthouse keeper on Matinicus Rock in the late 1950s for 18 months. He and his wife Bessie later became the lightkeepers on Curtis Island in Camden.
