Interview with Jim Graffam of Rockport, Maine. Interview conducted by volunteers Barbara Dyer and Paul Putnam. Born Nov. 6, 1942 to Doris and Maynard Graffam. Maynard Graffam started Penobscot Bay Ice Company and cut ice on Lily Pond, bought the Shepherd Block in Rockport and started Maine Coast Seafood with Earl Fuller and George James. Jim Graffam and brother started Graffam Brothers Seafood; also own Smith's Garage, PenBay Terrace apartments, and PenBay Oil.
