Roessler, Corps of Engineers, U. S. Army, by A. C. Both, assistant engineer. Numbered as "H Doc 263 56 1" in lower right corner. House of Representatives document, Examination and Survey of Camden Harbor, Maine from War Department, Washington, January 8, 1900. Describes survey of November 1899.
