Document describing sale of land to Jeremiah Wadsworth for the sum of $400, signed by Sedate and Mary Wadsworth in the presence of Charles and Elisha Wadsworth dated 24 October 1831. Attached to the same paper is a second document conveying the 1831deed from Jeremiah Wadsworth to Abiah and Samuel Wadsworth of Lincolnville dated 19 November 1835. Translations attached.
