"Received of Jeremiah Wadsworth a note for seventy-six dollars in full for a note for sixty-two dollars [?] given by said Wadsworth to me about Nov. 1 1849, which note I have mislaid or lost.
And I hereby agree that if said note for sixty-two dollars given by said Wadsworth to me is found, that I nor any one claiming under me will not make any claim on said Wadsworth therefore.
