A typewritten letter on H.W. Wilson Company letterhead, addressed to Mrs. Emma C. Dickens, secretary of the library board of trustees in Camden, from Frances Sanville in the sales department at H.W. Wilson. November 13, 1918 Mrs. Emma C. Dickens, Sec'y. Public Library Trustees Camden, Maine Dear Madam:-- We wish to acknowledge receipt of your remittance of $1.00 to pay for the binding of the 1918 annual of the Readers' Guide to Periodical Literature. Your order for a bound copy of this annual has been entered. It will not be necessary for you to return the 1918 file of the Readers' Guide, they can be destroyed as soon as you receive the bound annual. We notice from the checklist that you returned to us a few days ago that the renewal rate for the Readers' Guide would be $6.30 for 1919.
