Schooner "Mark Pendleton" docked on the western side of Camden harbor near the grist mill and anchor factory. The vessel was built in Bangor in 1874 and measured 110' x 26.7' x 8.9', 199 tons. The photo was taken after the 1892 fire, which destroyed the downtown business district and resulted in the new buildings being constructed out of brick, as seen in the background.Collection
