Maine Music Festival souvenir program of 1911. Concerts held in Bangor on October 12-14 and in Portland on October 16-18. Includes listings of officers of the Eastern Association, Western Associaton as well as the artists. Artists included Mary Garden, Alma Gluck, Lois Ewell, Lilla Ormond, Mildred Potter, Lambert Murphy, Royal Dadmun, Ethelynde S. Smith, Margaret Abbott, Ernest J. Hill, Howard R. Stevens. Accompanists: C. Winfield Richmond of Bangor and Mrs. G.S. Davis of Portland. Concert Master: Pierre Henrotte. Conductor: William R. Chapman. Additonal chorus' of 600 hundred voices were in each city. Includes photographs and biographical sketches of the artists. Includes listing of advertisers. Includes listing of members of the chorus' and the soloists. Includes listing of choral works and orchestra selections. A Roll of Honor list is available giving the names of those who have sung at every Festival over the fifteen years.Collection
