This ticket was given to Mev by her friend, Ann Craig. Mev was a student with Ann at the Yale Divinity School in 1980. Ann had previously lived in the Richmond, VA Lesbian community for some years. This ticket was handed to Lesbians who attended a community dance in the Richmond area. IN 1980, Mev was newly "out" and Ann was a strong support to her, especially with guidance in Lesbian activism and pride. Ann gave the ticket to Mev as she gained more confidence as ONE ADMITTED LESBIAN!Category
