"Gallerie" magazine primarily printed and promoted women's art and writing. Each issue featured the portfolios of about 40 female artists. This issue features 45 women artists, including Judy Chicago, Sue Coe, Sharron Zenith Corne, the Guerrilla Girls, Helen Lucas, Susan Point, and Nancy Spero, with articles on women's culture by Bettina Aptheker and Judy Grahn.
