"Heroes" is a song written and performed by American folk singer-songwriter Ann Reed (born December 1, 1954), included in her 1993 album, Hole In The Day, under the label Turtlecub Productions, Inc. Wanting to build the song into something larger and enhanced by mixed media, Reed completed a play entitled "Heroes: A Celebration." She cast a host of performers and enlisted a local choir. The first performance was produced by Minnesota Public Radio and recorded on CD and DVD and received critical acclaim.Collection
