Peoples Press was a radical, non-hierarchical publishing and printing collective founded in San Francisco in 1970 by activists Terry Cannon, Frank Cieciorca, and Robert Gabriner. By 1978, the founders and collective members began shifting their focus to other pursuits—with many members going on to form or join local muralist groups, such as the Haight Ashbury Muralists, and continuing their social justice design work independently.Dimensions
