LFAN was an affinity organization for size-friendly Lesbians of all sizes. formed in 1993 because fat oppression is so much more fun in the company of other Lesbians who appreciate beauty on a generous scale. LFAN was a special interest group of NAAFA (National Association to Advance Fat Acceptance).
