Assistant Guard Badge, AUSWV. Material: metal and textile. Size: 1 1/2" W. x 2 5/8" L. Description: copper toned rectangular bar stamped: “Assistant Guard”; safety pin closure on back ; oval medallion hangs from bar with chain links stamped: "A.U.S.W.V."; round medallion hangs below oval medallion with chain links stamped with an eight-pointed star, cross and the A.U.S.W.V. logo; medallions are displayed against a red grosgrain ribbon also hanging from the upper bar. Part of set #1196a-k.Set of Auxiliary of United Spanish War Veterans officer's badges, #1196a-k.
