Vote for Fourteen Delegates" with voting instructions and list of candidates, including C. H. Bailer, A. J. Brisbane, Marian Buckman, Mrs. Minnie Bullard, George E. Child, W. A. Clement, I. Jenkins, Vincent A. Maloney, Inga Maxham, Ella M. Senn, Ida M. Swartwood, F. A. Swartwood, Geo. N. Wyman; a place to mark the choice to the right of each name; printed on reverse: "Official Ballot, March 14, 1922" and signed by Theodore Peterson, County Auditor; penciled in math notes are scribbled on the back.
