Description: blue silk banner with a black silk backing; metallic fringe along scalloped bottom edge; gold stamped across front with a decorative border: "Minnesota State Fair And Northwest Dairy Exposition Sept. 3-10, 1927 Champion Creamery Butter L'Etoile Du Nord", and the state seal; metal top edge holds three gold braided loops; banner suspended from a gold tone metal rod attached to metal ring and chain.
