Material: wood. Size: 4" H. Description: natural wood - two hoops - top and bottom - top lifts off to reveal hollow container.

Context

Mrs. Andrew Hagen bought this miniature barrel filled with lemon drop candy from the vendor on the train from Sioux Falls to Minneapolis in 1889. Later the container was used to keep whole nutmegs.
