PLACEHOLDER Abdominal Wrapper. Material: textile. Size: 12 1/2" W. x 56" L. Description: white cotton flannel, six 5 1/2" W. bands overlap to form a strongly reinforced 12 1/2" W. abdominal wrapping binder; "Drs. M. Hosp." and "8100" written in black in front of binder.

Context

From William Grawunder estate. Note with garment: "Band was tightly wrapped and pinned around abdomen." Used for post-operative or portpartum patients care.
