Description

PLACEHOLDER Material: textile. Size: 55" W. x 63" L. Description: tan and brown wool - designed with a 40" square dark brown center, boxed with a 7" W. band of lighter brown and tan patterned with dark brown flowers and leaves, followed by a 3" W. dark brown outer band and edged with a 2 1/2" W. yarn fringe.

Context

Note with blanket: "Belonged to Archie and Mary Dittman" (parents of donor). Archie lived near Otisco as child, ca 1902-03. Donor remembers it being used as a carriage robe with horse and buggy.
