Material: textile. Size: 9 1/2" W. x 19" L. Description: Two white cotton frilled tubes trimmed with 5 1/2" W. eyelet - below four 1/4" horizonal tucks. elasticated one end. Would not function as undersleeves; possible leg frills, although not a known accessory, but really too small to wear on legs. May have been created from a pre-existing garment for costuming purposes?
