Material: textile. Size: 10 1/2" W. across neckline x 18 1/2" L. around face. Description: white cotton batiste - 1/2" W. lace trim around face opening - one long tie on each lower side for securing under chin.

From the Al Hensel estate donated by his daughter, Arlene Hensel Jabs and Raymond Jordan Jabs. Note with item: "Two caps, not identical. Probably worn by Mrs. Hensel. We have a photograph showing this type of cap."
