Inscribed inside front cover in pencil is: "Mrs. Hans Paulson." Pages are yellowed and stained. Covers are worn and scuffed. Front cover is separated from spine on the inside. Back cover is separated from spine on the inside and completely separated from top to bottom with only about an inch holding at top.
