Description: white card stock cover with front cover print, "United States of America Office of Price Administration War Ration Book Four, OPA Form R-145"; hand printed on front, "Burton D. Anderson, 319 2nd St. N. W., Waseca, Minnesota"; inside contents include unused ration stamps of varying denominations; printed on reverse, "When you have used your ration, salvage the Tin Cans and Waste Fats. They are needed to make munitions for our fighting men"; World War II.
