Lewer, Book holder's name and by mother Amanda Sarah Lewer. Certificate of Registrar: Lewer, Henry Chas., 401 2nd Ave. N.E. Waseca, Minn., 4 Feet 10 inches, 100 lbs, Brown eyes, Brown hair, 14 years old, War Rations Stamps issued 6 May 1942 signed Bertha Mueller Local Board No. 81 Waseca County. Three stamps attached at bottom.
