Prescription: "No. 51556 Dr. Gallagher One capsule every 4 hours for 5 or 6 daily doses. Lyle Rutledge 5/3/51". (b) Cap. Material: plastic. Size: 1 1/8" diameter x 1/4" H. Description: opaque plastic stopper with ribbed sides fits tightly inside container opening.
