Description: yellow background - green vertical scrollwork on each side - two Girl Scout emblems displayed against the scrollwork on each side - printed in black on card front is the Girl Scout oath and the handwritten signature of Nancy Babcock - printed in green on card back is Girl Scout and handwritten personal information of Nancy Babcock certifying her membership in GSA of New Richland, Minn., Cannon Valley Council.
