Description: white paper form preprinted with the heading, "Certificate of Baptism and Birth This Certifies"; form information is typed in and hand signed by Pastor J. C. Walledom of the Le Sueur River Lutheran Church, New Richland, Minnesota; information includes: Emilie Josephine, daughter of Anders Johnson and Inger Hartz Johnson was born on the 23rd day of April 1896 and received Christian Baptism on the 14th day of May, 1896; witnesses were Mr. and Mrs. Knud Knudson, Hans Thorson and Randi Fingarson; reissue date August 15, 1958. (b) Envelope. Material: paper. Size: 3 1/2" x 6 1/2". Description: white paper envelope with preprinted red postage stamp and hand applied two green 1-cent stamps; postmarked August 1958; address hand printed by Pastor Walledom: Mrs. Ralph Haug, New Richland, Minnesota with return address of "J.
