White with Floral Pattern. Material: textile. Size: 2 5/8" W. x 17 1/4" L. band attached to a 1 1/4" W. x 19" L. neckband. Description: white stiff cotton muslin - heavy satin-stitched embroidered floral designs and cutwork circles on rounded ends - holes in ends of neckband.
